Training Local Groups using Videoconferencing

Do you know that you can increase the "attendance" at your training events by using videoconferencing technology?

Travel around New York City can be time consuming. Why not set up locations in each borough for your participants to attend, and train them simultaneously using video conferencing? Videconferencing can help increase the size of the audience for your events, while reducing the cost of delivering the same content to multiple audiences over and over again in different locations.

In anticipation of your needs, the Hunter College Videoconference and Training Center has dedicated connections to more than 60 locations throughout the five Boroughs of New York City. Our trained technical staff can assist you in identifying locations that fit your training needs, from Manhattan and Brooklyn to the Bronx, Queens and Staten Island.

We offer event planning and marketing support to ensure that your participants have easy access to your training content. On-site technical support will assist you throughout your training event, providing you with the confidence to use this new technology to meet the short and long-term needs of your participants.
