• if a day and time are already reserved, since cancellations occur from time to time
• find an alternative room if ours is unavailable
• arrange to book other rooms outside New York City if you have to set up videoconferencing events in Boston, Los Angeles or Dallas
• reschedule your videoconference if you need to move the date for any reason.   Call us for information on our cancellation policy
• handle the overflow if your room is booked and you need to find a high-quality alternative space for your client
